There are only two problems with the bully stick they are pricey and you have to limit their use. Every time that we bring some bully sticks home we have to ration them out or they will not last to the end of the day. The dogs go insane for these treats and I personally have seen Titan go through a 4-foot long bully stick within a day. They were often a useful product for Titan while he was teething and helped curb his destructive chewing. You can see how much they love the sticks by the amount of drool they produce while devouring them.
As far as I can remember there aren’t that many negative prospects to the bully stick aside from their price and how quickly they devour the stick. Certain dogs will chew these sticks on and off letting them last for a couple of days but others, like Titan, will devour these sticks within a few hours. They are a great chew but your dog may like them a little too much. Overall you have to say Bully to the bully stick.
